After half term, we are running sessions just for parents around understanding your child’s behaviour. This will cover child development and explore having fun together, communication, parenting styles and sleep issues. We have a LIMITED number of places left. Today in our last session, we looked at how we can reduce our sugar intake. We were really busy, we made a healthy snack and a healthy desert!
This week we have been looking at the importance of eating 5 a day and made a fresh fruit salad.
Next week in our final session, we will be looking at reducing our sugar intake and making a healthy snack and a healthy desert.
In our first session children in Y3 &Y4 have been learning to plan a balanced diet. We looked at fruit and vegetables and the other food groups. We had so much fun, planning, chopping and eating.
Next week we will be making fresh fruit salad.
This week Reception children and their families have been learning phonics and having lots of fun together in our family learning class
